embrace discomfort- Adam Grant

Ensuring no one is forgotten

Hale’s dedication to victims of circumstance is relentless as he strives to end homelessness, eradicate poverty, and give voice to the cause of the unborn. Above all, Hale has pledged to aggressively combat human trafficking thanks to his years of service in law enforcement and, most notably, his extensive involvement with programs such as the Scarlet Rope Project, an advocacy organization seeking to end human trafficking in the Jackson-Madison County area.

“It has been a personal honor to support the Scarlet Rope Project because I have seen the genuine, lasting change they make in the lives of vulnerable women. It’s not a matter of saving trafficked women and making ourselves the heroes but of offering them support and resources to be their own heroes while introducing them to the love of Christ.”

A legacy of service, a lifetime of leadership.

With almost four years of experience on the Madison County Commision, Hale knows Jackson: not just where we are today, but where we need to be tomorrow. Well versed in the political landscape of Madison County, Hale is determined to overcome the challenges the county faces by utilizing his decades of leadership expertise to foster unity, improve understanding, and encourage community involvement.

More than a local politician

Joey Hale’s service to the community extends beyond his current position on the Madison County Commission. A business owner, leader of countless local boards and organizations, and advocate for Jackson’s most vulnerable, Hale possesses an unbridled passion for fostering the growth of West Tennessee for people of all diversities.
“I am committed to using my strengths and talents to better my community.”

Joey Hale’s passion for his community goes beyond his political and professional experience. After 18 years of continued service in the United States Air Force and his almost two decades of service in security and law enforcement, Hale believes that compassion should be extended to the broken, justice given to wrongdoers, and freedom provided for all. As Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Hale knows Jackson’s impact extends beyond the boundaries of the county lines, touching both the world at large and the lives of future generations that will someday call this area home.
